Tenant Protection
Protect your stored belongings against the unexpected. Add tenant protection when renting a unit, or add it to an existing rental through your online account.
Why Tenant Protection Over Homeowner's Insurance?
We recommend tenant protection for storage over relying on your homeowner's insurance policy. Here's why:
- Your stored items may not be covered by your homeowner's policy.
- Your premiums could increase if you file a claim on your homeowner's policy.
- Your homeowner's policy could be canceled if you file a claim.
Avoid the $200 Deductible
Be sure to use a disc or cylinder lock to avoid the $200 deductible on any claim.
